Verbatim Comments:

*I was disappointed in this place.  The BBQ buffet was just OK.  BBQ is tough to keep any consistency in a buffet format.

*The BBQ buffet was a new experience that worked for me.  Sampled burnt ends and sausage and both were good.  Beans were on the sweet side which is my taste preference.  Sauce not special, but was o.k.  I should have skipped the fries which didn't hold well on the buffet.

*This was an interesting stop on the tour - our first BBQ buffet. The BBQ was pretty average - as usually happens with buffets.  It was nice to be able to eat some different stuff though and of course go back for seconds.  It was a pretty good deal -- $7.50 with no drink and it was sure nice to order at the counter and then help yourself to BBQ.  Hard to beat that type of set up!  Too bad the food was mediocre.

*It was my first time for an all-you-can-eat BBQ lunch!  The food was good.  It however, was not a normal (what ever that means) BBQ joint.  As a family café, the food was good to very good.  Try the cake in the back of the last station of buffet!!!!!

*Ribs and Stuff is a good place to fill up for $7.50.  I opted instead for a beef sandwich, beans and a drink.  I paid the same as the buffet--dumb me.  I found the beef to be OK, although the smoking was not evident.  The sauce was totally without character--ketchup, brown sugar and spices does not rank up there with the great sauces.  The buffet was very good I am told.

*A buffet BBQ.  A novel idea, but you never know how long the food is out before you eat it.  Not a good idea for BBQ.

*BBQ Buffet!?  That was a first.  It was a good meal.  The food on the buffet was quickly replenished and gave you the ability to pick though various cuts of smoked meat (a good opportunity for BBQ).  I was able to pull together a good meal for 8 bucks.  The odd thing is that they advertise Pizza and BBQ buffet and there was not a piece of pizza in the place.
