A group from Minnesota has made a couple of trips down here to review Kansas City barbecue.  They can eat more barbecue in two days than most people do in a month!

A Trip to Bountiful: Five Guys' Quest for Barbecue - five friends from around the U.S. come to Kansas City for barbecue.  These guys are kindred spirits and hilarious, too.

April, 2002,  a group of guys from London saw our page and came over to learn as much as they could about Kansas City barbecue.  We took them on a lunch tour of five places and set them up with a tour of some of the smokers in town.  It was great!  Click here to read all about it.  Subsequently, our British friends thanked the G.A.S. gang for our help and opened their barbecue restaurant, Bodean's BBQ Smoke House in Soho, in December, 2002.  We can't wait to try it out!  Editor's note:  Dave Ellis, GAS member, got to eat at Bodean's.  Read his review here.
