Many of us get out of town for various reasons usually with a posse after us. When this occurs, we check out the 'cue in the town we happen to be in. Most of the time, we forget to write down our observations because we're only good at eatin' the stuff. However, we manage to take pictures and write down a few of our barbecue travelogues as we explore the globe in search of world-class barbecue.
