*This is a small place that has been in business only a couple of years.  Good food and lots of it.  Prices are good.  If you are on that side of town, it would be worth stopping in.

*I plan to head back and try the ribs next time.

*As usual I enjoyed the trip!  The food was good with large portions.  I particularly like the sauce.  I would recommend the sweet potato fries.  The restaurant itself was rather small.

*Joshua’s is about 22 miles from the college in a strip mall and was surprisingly good.  Sweet potato fries were excellent and the ribs were above average.  It only seats about 30, but the service was good.  I had a combination plate which includes 3 meats and 3 sides for $10.95.  If you got ribs it counted for 2 meats but was well worth it.  The ribs were tender and very meaty.  We only had four go on this trip but would be a place to go back to when more of us could attend.

*Above average on most accounts.  Nice smoked flavor.  Ribs were tender with lots of meat.
